Warranty Information - Stealth Module
Every Stealth Modules comes standard with a Limited 1 Year Warranty. We also offer the option of purchasing a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This extended Limited Lifetime Warranty must be purchased at the same time that the applicable Stealth Module is ordered.

Default Limited 1 Year Warranty
The product has a Limited 1 Year Warranty by default. If the product is presumed faulty, please contact us for technical support so that we are able to assist you in the matter.
This Limited 1 Year Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer.
What Does This Limited 1 Year Warranty Cover?
The Limited Warranty covers any product that is purchased from us (“Product”) which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and used in accordance with the purposes it was designed for. This Limited 1 Year Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions provided below. This Limited 1 Year Warranty is valid only if you are the original purchaser of the Product. The Limited Warranty may not be transferred.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This Limited 1 Year Warranty begins when you purchase a Stealth Module (“Product”) and lasts for 1 year. Coverage terminates, including any and all implied warranties such as the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, at the end of the applicable warranty period or earlier if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the Stealth Module (“Product”). Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a Product is replaced under this warranty (“Defective Product”), a replacement Product will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period. This warranty for the Stealth Module (“Product”) shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the Stealth Module (“Product”)
What Will Stealth Performance Do?
At our option, we will either replace any defective or malfunctioning Product at no charge or provide a return label to have the unit inspected and repaired. If Product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD, CHEMICAL FALLOUT, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS); (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; OR (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MARINE USE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES, WHICH ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STEALTH PERFORMANCE FOR ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES. STEALTH PERFORMANCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to get your product repaired or replaced – you must contact technical support or complete the warranty support form to confirm it is indeed the unit that requires inspection. Once the required information is provided, we will assign an RMA for the original unit to be returned.
Warranty Period:
Your Limited 1 Year Warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We offer a Limited 1 Year part repair or replacement. If applicable, we will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed.
